Kolte Patil Developers eyes 20 percent revenues from Mumbai market: Report

Kolte Patil Developers, a leading Pune based real estate developer, is reportedly eyeing nearly 20-30 percent of its revenues from Mumbai market in the next three years. The company has already entered into agreements for three redevelopment projects in Mumbai's western suburbs that has total area of over six lakh sqft and is expecting a few more in areas such as Dadar-Chembur belt, Worli, Mulund, Khar, Bandra and Santacruz.

Currently, the company’s 90 percent of revenues are generated from its projects in Pune, and rest from Bangalore and Mumbai. But the company is now expecting the mix to change to 60-70 percent from Pune operations, while 20 to 30 percent from Mumbai and rest from Bangalore in the next three years.

Kolte Patil Developers is a leading Pune-based real estate company incorporated in 1991. The company has developed and constructed 48 projects including 35 residential complexes, 9 commercial complexes, and 4 information technology parks covering a saleable area (KPDL share) of over 10 million square feet across Pune and Bengaluru.
