Shri Dinesh Mills rises on commencing manufacturing activities at Vadodara Unit

Shri Dinesh Mills is currently trading at Rs. 116.00, up by 0.25 points or 0.22% from its previous closing of Rs. 115.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 114.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 118.40 and Rs. 114.60 respectively. So far 1653 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 137.70 on 30-Jun-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 72.60 on 09-Oct-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 132.00 and Rs. 100.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 59.49 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.01% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.07% and 54.92% respectively.

Shri Dinesh Mills could not continue its manufacturing activities from September 10 to September 11 at its Vadodara Unit due to flood in the Vishwamitri River. The unit has started the manufacturing activities with effect from 2nd shift on September 11, 2014.

Shri Dinesh Mills is a composite textile mill with a very strong presence in the textile industry for more than 60 years; manufacturing worsted fabrics (menswear), paper makers felts and industrial textiles.
