DS Kulkarni Developers has been notified by the Government of Maharashtra, Urban Development Department that the special township project has been awarded for the area of 73.574192 hectare of D. S. Kulkarni Developers at Fursungi, District- Pune.
Recently, DS Kulkarni Developers had decided to disinvest whole of the shareholding held in DSK Tricone Infrastructure & Construction (DSK Tricone). The company holds 46% in DSK Tricone Infrastructure & Construction. Pursuant to disinvestment the Joint Venture will be terminated in due course. The company had received the approval for the same at its board meeting held on April 29, 2011.
