Mandhana Industries has informed that Sanjay Asher has resigned as a Director of the Company with effect from September 30, 2014 in order to meet the requirements of limit on number of directorships laid under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and amended Clause 49 of the Listing Agreements notified by Securities and Exchange Board of India vide its circular dated April 17, 2014. The Company places on record the valuable contribution of Sanjay Asher during his tenure as Director.
