Foreign institutional investors’ (FIIs) have decreased their shareholding in Unitech by 301 basis points to 26.18 percent in Q2FY15 from 29.19 percent as on June 30, 2014. However, domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in the company by 45 basis points to 2.09 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 1.64 percent as on June 30, 2014.
Meanwhile, non institutions were holding 24.11 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 275 basis points from 21.36 percent as on June 30, 2014. While, corporate bodies were holding 5.21 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 34 basis points from 4.87 percent as on June 30, 2014. Further, promoters have reduced shareholding in Unitech over the last three months.
