Sintex Industries has reported results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011.
The company’s net profit for the quarter under review zoomed by 404.61% at Rs 67.82 crore as compared to Rs 13.44 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2010. Its Net sales have increased by 9.60% to Rs 682.94 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 623.13 crore for the similar quarter of the previous year.
Sintex Industries (SIL) is a well known name in manufacturing water tanks. The company has a countrywide network of 10 manufacturing plants spread across 500,000 Sq. meter area and more than 1000 strong work force, 12 branch offices, over 500 distributors and around 10,000 retailers spread across India.
