Comfort Intech has received an order from Reserve Bank of India, Ahmedabad for the cancellation of certificate of registration (CoR) to carry on the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution issued to the company under Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.
Further, the company has decided to file an appeal against the above said order to the Central Government i.e. before the appellate authority, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi.
