Educomp Solutions’ promoter Shantanu Prakash has infused Rs 30.46 crore till date as promoter contribution as zero per cent unsecured loan, following the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) scheme approved by the Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell.
The loan would be discharged later by issuance of equity or equity related instruments or otherwise.
