Country Club surges on aiming 30% growth on consolidated year-end earnings

Country Club (India) is currently trading at Rs. 22.20, up by 0.50 points or 2.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 21.70 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 22.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 22.90 and Rs. 22.00 respectively. So far 748823 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 22.90 on 19-Nov-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 6.41 on 28-Nov-2013.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 22.90 and Rs. 20.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 368.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 73.80% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 1.26% and 24.94% respectively.

Country Club India is targeting a growth of 30% on consolidated year-end earnings. Moreover, the company will focus on reducing debt by 30-35% either through Sale or joint venture (JV) of non-core assets or any other means available to the company.

Moreover, the company has completed large part regular capital expenditure and no more major cash outflow for capital expenditure for the next 2 years.

Country Club, with over 90 properties across the country and abroad, is one of the three major time-share holiday resorts companies in India; the other two being Club Mahindra and Sterling Holidays. Of its properties, 32 are company-owned, 23 are on long-lease and the rest are affiliated properties.
