Goldman Sachs India Fund buys nearly 3 lakh shares of Atul Auto

Goldman Sachs India Fund has bought nearly 300,000 shares of the Atul Auto from the open market. The company has purchased 283,936 shares representing 1.3% stake of Atul Auto at price of Rs 428.87 per share.

Earlier, Birla Mutual Fund had acquired 200,000 equity shares of Atul Auto at Rs 405 per share through a bulk deal. Meanwhile, Vijay Kishanlal Kedia sold 175,000 shares of the company at Rs 405.

Atul Auto is a leading manufacturer of 3-Wheeled Commercial Vehicles in the state of Gujarat, presently engaged in the manufacturing of Three Wheelers like 6-seater Auto Rickshaws, Pick-Up Vans and Chassis of Passenger Vehicles.
