Everonn Education’s - wholly owned subsidiary - Everonn Skill Development (ESDL) has received an intimation from National Skills Development Corporation of India (NSDC), stating that the investor agreement between ESDL and NSDC has lapsed. The agreement has lapsed on account of the procedural delays in complying with certain conditions of the agreement. However ESDL is in dialogue with NSDC to resolve the issue.

Everonn Education is engaged in the development and sale of educational products and services for both Schools and Colleges. In addition to this, the company also has a network of retail centres (both own and franchise) through which it provides training to the individuals and also facilitates various organizations to conduct tests.
