Asya Infosoft has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2014, the Board is of the opinion that the Company should explore new ways for raising business, and if required for that, capital, and also to acquire similar businesses in its field for business expansion. For this, the Board has decided to explore different methods of raising capital (for eq. Preferential Issue) for expansion as well as acquisition.
