Nouveau Global Ventures has received an approval for raising of funds for expansion and growth of its e-commerce business and has decided to raise the funds of the company in the form of equity or equity equivalent securities or debt instruments, as and when it is required for its business. The board of directors at their meeting held on December 15, 2014 has approved for the same.
