Amsons Apparels is all set to hit the capital markets, through BSE SME Platform, with an initial public offering IPO of 32,50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating upto Rs 3.25 crore. The issue will open for subscription on December 16, 2014 at a fixed price band of Rs 10 per share, while the public issue will close for subscription on December 22, 2014.
Amsons Apparels is currently engaged in the business of trading of fabrics. They are a multi-product fabric trading Company and their range includes fabrics for Silk, Polyester, Lace Fabrics, Netting Fabrics, Coarse Cotton Fabric, suiting, shirting, linen, jute and other fabrics. They primarily cater to retailers in Delhi and NCR Regions, wherein they supply mid range of unstitched fabrics.
