Ashok Leyland has launched the Captain 2523 Tipper and Captain 2518 Tipper in Hyderabad. These tippers are manufactured at the company’s manufacturing facility in Pantnagar, Uttarakhand.
The Captain 2523 Tipper comes with heavy-duty aggregates and a customised powertrain that is powered by a 230 HP common rail fuel injection system (CRS), and hi-torque engine with a 9-speed gearbox. It ensures greater fuel-efficiency, increased vehicle uptime, faster turnaround and will reduce the vehicle operating costs substantially while, The Captain 2518 Tipper features a hi-torque, fuel efficient ‘H’ series BS-III engine with in-line fuel injection pump and a 9- speed gear box coupled with heavy-duty solid aggregates.
