International Conveyors has received an approval to purchase equity shares of a newly incorporated entity International Conveyors America, Inc. under the laws of the United States of America. The board of directors at their meeting held on December 22, 2014 has approved for the same.
Subsequent to the above mentioned acquisition, International conveyors America Inc. would become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The acquired company will market belting in North America.
International Conveyors is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of solid woven fabric reinforced PVC impregnated and PVC covered fire retardant, anti static conveyor belting.
