Tirupati Sarjan's subsidiary Tirupati Development (U) has entered into MOU with the Government of Uganda to develop business and industrial park in 6 major cities of Uganda. Execution of this contract will generate the turnover of Rs 275 crore in a time to come. The said MOU is over and the work order of Rs 24.00 crore to construct the hospital project in Uganda.

Tirupati Sarjan is engaged in the business of real estate such as development and construction of properties and infrastructure. The main activities of the company include acquiring plots, developing and executing construction plans.
