CRISIL assigns 3/5 fundamenal grade to Confidence Petroleum

Credit rating agency, CRISIL in its recent Independent Equity Research (IER) report has assigned the fundamentals grade of 3/5 and valuations grade of 4/5 to grade to Confidence Petroleum India.

The company's fundamental grade of '3/5' indicates that the fundamentals of the company are 'good' relative to other listed securities in India. The valuation grade of '4/5' indicates that there is 'upside' to the current market price from a fundamental perspective.

Recently, Confidence Petroleum India’s Indonesia-based subsidiary PT Surya Go Gas’ arm PT Multi Artha Mandiri had signed a bottling contract for ten years with Pertamina, an Indonesian National Oil company for providing LPG Bottling Assistance at Indonesia. Under the said contract, the company had commissioned one more new LPG bottling plant at Chikampek, Near Jakarta, Indonesia. This would fetch the company an additional bottling to the tune of 3000 MT/month.

Confidence Petroleum India, a Confidence group company, has its presence in LPG and allied business like cylinder manufacturing, bottling assistance to oil major PSU, CNG and Hi-pressure cylinder manufacturing, auto LPG dispensing stations, LPG cylinders maintenance, ethanol, crude distillation, LPG/CNG engineering services and logistics streams.
