Vindhya Telelink gains as Reliance Mutual Fund buys 5.04 lakh shares

Vindhya Telelinks is currently trading at Rs. 567.00, up by 2.40 points or 0.43% from its previous closing of Rs. 564.60 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 569.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 587.40 and Rs. 550.00 respectively. So far 8734 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 587.40 on 20-Jan-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 140.05 on 16-May-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 574.00 and Rs. 500.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 670.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.52% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.43% and 47.05% respectively.

Reliance Mutual Fund has bought 5.04 lakh shares of Vindhya Telelink through open market route. The shares were purchased on an average price of Rs 510.03 valuing the transaction to Rs 25.71 crore. On the other hand, Antriksh Vyapaar has sold 5.65 lakh shares of the company for an average price of Rs 510.16 through open market route.

Vindhya Telelink is the leading supplier of Jelly Filled Telecommunication Cables and Optical Fiber Telecommunication cables to BSNL, MTNL and other leading user organizations like Railways, Defense, Coalfields, NTPC, SAIL, Atomic Energy, Bharti, Tata Tele Service, Reliance Infocom etc.
