Richa Agarwal as Woman Director in compliance with the requirement of Section 149 (1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and as an Additional Director of the Company in compliance with Section 161 of the Companies Act, 2013 as approved by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee in their meeting held on January 27, 2015, subject to approval of shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting.
