Gujarat Hotels has informed that Chandrasekhar Subramoneyan, a non executive director on the board of the Company viz. Gujarat Hotels Limited, vide his resignation letter dated January 19, 2015 relinquished his Directorship from the Board of Directors of the Company at the close of Business hours on the same day. Further, the Board at its meeting held on January 19, 2015 appointed Devkanya Roy Choudhury, as a non executive woman director on the Board of the Company effective January 19, 2015.
