Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, has sold 627 units worth Rs 310 crore in Q3FY15 as compared to 279 units worth Rs 131 crore in Q3FY14 amounting to 125% growth in volume and 137% growth in value.
The company has sold 966 units worth Rs 457 crore in 9MFY15 as compared to 506 units worth Rs 273 crore in 9MFY14, amounting to 91% growth in volume and 67% growth in value.
