Kaveri Seed Company has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company has registered 2.85% fall in its net profit after tax at Rs 35.74 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 36.79 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has decreased 36.54% at Rs 85.41 crore for Q3FY15 as compared Rs 134.59 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis the company’s net profit after tax and minority interest declined 2% to Rs 35.79 crore for the Q3 FY15 as compared to Rs 36.52 crore in Q3 FY14. Moreover, the total income decreased 31.36% to Rs 93.20 crore in the quarter under review as compared to Rs 135.79 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
