HS India has received its board’s approval to sale investment of 25,000 equity shares of Kesar Motels to Sai Ram Krupa Hotels at a consideration of Rs 406 per share amounting to Rs 1,01,50,000.

HS India, formerly known as Hotel Silver Plaza, runs 136 rooms, three-star hotel, Lord’s Plaza, in Surat, in franchise agreement with Lords Inn and Hotels Developers promoted by Bansal and his associates.
