Maharashtra Corporation has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company through Circular Resolution dated January 27, 2015, have accepted the notice of resignation dated January 19, 2015 of Ravi Grover, Director and Compliance Officer of the Company. Through the said Circular Resolution, the Board of Directors has approved to relieve Grover from his duties with effect from January 23, 2015. Further, Kanwarlal Rathi, Whole-Time Director shall henceforth act as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
