KM Sugar Mills has received an approval for formation of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in the name and style of ‘K M Energy’ for setting of 5 MW Solar Power Plant in UP awarded by UPNEDA.
The company will hold 77% equity participation in the said SPV. The board of directors at their meeting held on February 14, 2015 have approved for the same.
KM Sugar Mills is engaged in the manufacturing of sugar. The company operates in three segments, namely sugar, trading of sugar, and distillery and co-generation.
