Shyam Star Gems has received an approval at its board meeting held on June 23, 2011 to sell its undertaking / unit situated at Mumbai and Surat, pursuant to section 293(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 and to conduct postal ballot to seek approval from its members under said section.
Shyam Star Gems (SSGL) is engaged in diamond polishing and manufacture of jewelry. It has its manufacturing unit located at in the special economic zone (SEZ) in Surat, Gujarat. SSGL exports its wide range of diamond jewellery direct to semi wholesalers in various international markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, Middle East etc
