Sintex Industries declines as Orange Mauritius Investments sells 24.24 lakh shares

Sintex Industries is currently trading at Rs. 131.60, down by 0.60 points or 0.45% from its previous closing of Rs. 132.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 133.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 134.20 and Rs. 130.10 respectively. So far 1128803 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 134.20 on 12-Mar-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 36.90 on 14-Mar-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 134.20 and Rs. 110.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5331.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.72% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 26.27% and 36.01% respectively.

Orange Mauritius Investments FCCB has sold 24.24 lakh shares of Sintex Industries through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 125.42 valuing the transaction to Rs 30.40 crore.

Sintex Industries is the world largest producer of plastic water tank. It manufactures a wide range of plastic products including prefabricated structures, industrial custom molding products, monolithic constructions and water storage tanks.
