CHD Developers gains on divesting shares of its four subsidiaries

CHD Developers is currently trading at Rs. 8.67, up by 0.28 points or 3.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.39 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.35 and Rs. 8.35 respectively. So far 51459 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B ' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 21.50 on 23-Oct-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 5.00 on 31-Mar-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.79 and Rs. 7.66 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 98.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 70.32% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.04% and 29.64% respectively.

CHD Developers has made divestment in shares of its four subsidiaries namely Divine Townships, Horizon Realtech, CHD Retirement Townships and CHD Energy and all these companies now cease to be subsidiaries of CHD Developers.

CHD Developers entered real estate business by developing large scale commercial complexes and has dominated the Delhi landscape under the CHD Developers brand name.
