With reference to Increase in Price, Sujana Towers has Clarified that the Company is complying all the relevant clauses of the listing agreement in respect of the disclosures/intimations from time to time and also confirming that, as of now, there is no specific event/announcement/price sensitive information in the Company, which is required to be disclosed with the Stock Exchanges as per the listing agreement and have a bearing on the price behaviour in the scrip.
