ISGEC Heavy spurts on incorporating JVC ‘Isgec Foster Wheeler Boilers’

ISGEC Heavy Engineering is currently trading at Rs. 6173.00, up by 178.00 points or 2.97 % from its previous closing of Rs. 5995.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 6030.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 6200.00 and Rs. 6030.00 respectively. So far 1461 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 6374.00 on 16-Feb-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1018.00 on 07-Apr-2014.

ISGEC Heavy Engineering has incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) along with Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corporation, USA in the name of ‘Isgec Foster Wheeler Boilers’ with a paid up capital of Rs two crore only.

The shareholding pattern of the JVC is 51:49 between the company and Amec Foster Wheeler North America Corporation respectively. The JVC will render design engineering services for Fossil Fuel Boilers.

ISGEC Heavy Engineering has interests in sugar, engineering, steels, etc. It manufactures bars and rods, metal, machine tool parts and accessories, steel and sugar products.
