Lancor Holdings spurts on acquiring 6.44 acres of land from L&T Urban Infrastructure

Lancor Holdings is currently trading at Rs. 101.85, up by 0.20 points or 0.20 % from its previous closing of Rs. 101.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 101.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 108.00 and Rs. 97.20 respectively. So far 105167 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 104.95 on 10-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 35.10 on 08-May-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 104.95 and Rs. 85.80 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 206.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 62.08 % while and Non-Institutions held 37.92% of the stake.

Lancor Holdings had acquired 6.44 acres of land at Potheri, GST Road from L&T Urban Infrastructure. Further, the company has obtained permission for conversion of wet land and is in the process of launching a residential project, which has the potential of 8,00,000 square feet of built up area, with an estimated turnover of Rs 400 crore at a margin of 25%.

Lancor Holdings is a professionally managed property development company, acquiring the business interest of erstwhile DBS Properties and is engaged principally in development of properties in Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore.
