Skipper has forayed into the western region with a new manufacturing facility being set up at Changodar in Gujarat. The new plant at Changodar in Gujarat will increase its existing production capacity by two-fold.
This will be the company’s first PVC plant outside Kolkata. The company is investing about Rs 50 crore on this new plant, which will add another 10,000 MT in the first phase and expand it later on.
Skipper is engaged in structural fabrication and manufacturing of mild steel and galvanized iron pipes, steel tubular poles, scaffolding and accessories and PVC pipes. Structural fabrication is the major contributor to the revenue of the company.
