WCP Holding III has sold 23.16 lakh shares of DCB Bank through the open market route. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 121.73 valuing the transaction to Rs 28.19 crore.
DCB Bank has posted a rise of 61.10% in its net profit at Rs 62.94 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to Rs 39.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the bank has increased by 24.54% at Rs 425.11 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 341.34 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
