Addanki as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from April 21, 2015 as British American Tobacco group nominee to hold office upto the date of next Annual General Meeting, in place of James Yamanaka who has submitted his resignation and re-appointed N. Sai Sankar as Managing Director of the Company with effect from January 01, 2016 to November 27, 2017 (both days inclusive) subject to approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
