UFO Moviez is entering in the capital markets with an initial public offering (IPO) aggregating Rs 600 crore. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 615 at lower level and Rs 625 at upper level. The minimum bid lot is 24 equity shares and in multiples of 24 equity shares thereafter.
The issue will open on April 28, 2015 and will close for subscription on April 30, 2015. The equity shares of the issue are proposed to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE).
UFO Moviez is India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform (in terms of numbers of screens). They operate India’s largest satellite-based, digital cinema distribution network.
