IVRCL surges on its arm bagging cumulative orders worth Rs 1429.78 crore

IVRCL is currently trading at Rs. 57.80, up by 1.15 points or 2.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 56.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 56.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 58.30 and Rs. 55.10 respectively. So far 1137562 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 95.55 on 08-Apr-2011 and a 52 week low of Rs. 27.10 on 29-Dec-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 60.45 and Rs. 53.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1545.99 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 11.18% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 42.51% and 46.31% respectively.

IVRCL Assets & Holdings, a subsidiary of IVRCL has bagged 151 Km project of four laning of Rai Malikpur (Rajasthan Border) - Narnaul - Mahendragarh - Dadri - Bhiwani - Kharak corridor project in the state of Haryana to be executed as BOT (Toll) project on DBFOT pattern from the Government of Haryana. The project scope includes rehabilitation, up-gradation and widening of the existing carriageway to four-lane standards with construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/ or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, etc, and the operation and maintenance thereof. The concession period is 20 years and the construction period is 30 months. The estimated total project cost (TPC) is Rs 1201.70 crore. The project corridor serves as major interstate south north connectivity between the states like Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharashtra to northern states of Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

Also, IVRCL’s water, transportation and building divisions have bagged additional orders. Under water division, the company has bagged orders worth Rs 111.06 crore for providing WSIS to Palani Municipality in Dindigul district including maintenance of the scheme for 12 months awarded by Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board, Patna.

The SAARC Project includes CWSS to Parassala and adjoining villages and Marukil & Maranalloor Villas - supplying and laying 10065m of 700mm DI K9 clear water transmission main from Kattakkada Junction to Thozhukkal Junction and 7365m of 700 mm DI K9 clear water transmission main from Neyyattinkara Alumoodu Junction to Pazhayakada Junction awarded by Kerala Water Authority, Government of Kerala. Further, the division has also bagged project for laying of make up water pipes package for Solapur Super Thermal Power Project (2x660 MW) awarded by NTPC.

Under transportation division, the project is for construction of roadbed, major and minor bridges and track linking (excluding supply of rails and sleepers), S&T and General Electrical Work low doubling between Swarupganj-Abu Road Section (26.0 Km) on Ajmer Division of North Western Railway in Rajasthan State, India awarded by Rail Vikas Nigam worth Rs 71.92 crore.

Finally the building division of the company has bagged order worth Rs 45.10 crore for six AIIMS - Package TV (Estate Services) at AIIMS, Bhopal awarded by Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
