IVRCL gains on bagging Turnkey EPC project worth Rs 3,624 crore

IVRCL is currently trading at Rs. 15.01, up by 0.06 points or 0.40% from its previous closing of Rs. 14.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 15.25 and Rs. 14.90 respectively. So far 713089 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 30.75 on 22-May-2014 and a 52 week low of Rs. 13.00 on 17-Dec-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 15.49 and Rs. 13.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 725.10 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 9.15% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.36% and 52.49% respectively.

IVRCL has bagged a turnkey EPC project worth SAR 2.196 billion (around Rs 3,624 crore) from the Ministry of Interior - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The project is bagged by the Saudi Arabia office of the company. The scope of work for this EPC project of constructing pre-fabricated residential complexes in Southern areas of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) includes designing and building mass housing for border guards along with installing, testing and commissioning ancillary buildings and external land and infrastructure development in three locations - Dharan Al Janoube, Al Qahmah and Asir Region (ABHA), Saudi Arabia. This would further require designing and execution of all civil, structural, architectural, electrical, sanitary, air-conditioning and mechanical works. This is to be completed in about 36 months.

A total of about 513 buildings to be constructed for the three sites. The built-up area (BUA) for each of these locations runs to approximately 53,88,780 sft in total - with 27,53,043 sfl for Dharal Al Janooube; 16,21,543 sft for Al Qahmah and 10,14,195 sft for Asir Regions respectively.

This EPC project includes construction of apartment buildings, villas, administrative buildings, kinders, schools, masjid, recreation buildings, fire-fighting buildings, clinic buildings, shopping centres, playgrounds, operation and maintenance buildings, warehouses, water treatment buildings, fuel stations and sewage treatment buildings.

IVRCL is engaged into engineering procurement and construction (EPC) activities in India. It conducts operations in 5 sectors namely Water and Environment, Transportation, Buildings, Power and Industrial Structures.
