Linear Polymers has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 09, 2015, has formulated and adopted Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct as per Regulation 8(1) and 9(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. As required by Regulation 8(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Company the Company hereby submitted the Code for Fair Disclosure and Code of Conduct. Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors have designated Anil Kolte as Compliance Officer under these regulations.
