Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2015
The bank has reported a net loss of Rs 178.44 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 as compared to a net profit of Rs 310.32 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. However, its total income grew marginally by 1.13% to Rs 5719.39 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 5655.36 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
For the year ended March 31, 2015, the bank’s net profit declined 56.37% at Rs 497.08 crore as compared to Rs 1139.41 crore for the previous year ended March 31, 2014. Its total income has increased by 5.34% to Rs 22082.78 crore for the year from Rs 20962.75 crore for the year ended March 31, 2014.
