Bhagyanagar India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 and recommendation of dividend for the year 2014-15. Further, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees (Sr. Manager and above), including Directors and such other employees of the Company who is in possession of any unpublished price sensitive information, irrespective of their designation, from May 21, 2015 till 24 hours from the date of declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2015.
