The Board of Directors, approved and appointed Priyanka Gupta as an Additional Director in compliance with the requirement of Women Director in the Board pursuant to Section 149(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49(II)(A)(1) of the listing agreement and Board unanimously decided to adjourn the Board meeting to May 30, 2015 as the Audited financials for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 were not ready for the Board to take note of the same.
