Ramakrishna Prasad as Authorized Representative to represent company in person or through advocate in all proceedings presently pending or likely to be initiated by or against the company in future in any court of law in India including not only the Civil or Criminal Courts but also the Statutory Tribunal(s), Commission, Authority and Quasi Judicial bodies and all the Appellate Courts/Commissions/Authorities including the Honorable High Court(s) and Honorable Supreme Court of India.
