PTC Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 25, 2015, has approved the Change in the Remuneration payable to Sachin Agarwal, Managing Director was approved after recommendation from Nomination and Remuneration Committee meeting held on even date and the Company has taken a decision to expand the AMTC project to include new technologies and capabilities. The expanded project is expected to make additional 12 to 18 months to be commissioned.
