Prima Plastics has received an approval to set up Plastic Articles unit at Nicaragua and to incorporate a 100% subsidiary company. The board of directors at their meeting held on May 29, 2015 has approved for the same.
Further, the joint venture company at Cameroon has taken up expansion project of $1 million from internal accruals.
