SML Isuzu gains as ICRA upgrades its long-term rating

SML Isuzu is currently trading at Rs. 1145.25, up by 18.00 points or 1.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 1127.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1151.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1156.75 and Rs. 1135.00 respectively. So far 1,093 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1670.00 on 08-Apr-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 422.60 on 04-Jun-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1254.25 and Rs. 1098.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,657.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.96% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.46% and 37.57% respectively.

Credit rating agency, ICRA has upgraded the long-term rating and reaffirmed the short-term rating of SML Isuzu. The credit rating agency has upgraded the long-term rating for the Line of Credit/Cash Credit Limits from ‘A+’ to ‘AA-’ while the short-term rating (short term debt facilities and Commercial Paper) has been reaffirmed to ‘A1+’.

SML Isuzu manufactures a range of vehicles such as trucks, buses and ambulances. The company has launched products like 4WD, Samrat, Sartaj, Dual Cab, Supreme-8 tonner, Truck- Super 12, Super ALFD and many more.
