Praj Industries has informed that B. K. Khare & Co., the Statutory Auditors of the Company vide their letter dated June 10, 2015, have resigned as Statutory Auditors with immediate effect. Further, the audit of the financial statements of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015, has been completed by the Statutory Auditors B.K. Khare & Co. Further, pursuant to the recommendation of Audit Committee and subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors has appointed P.G. Bhagwat as Statutory Auditors with immediate effect.
