ISGEC Heavy Engineering has incorporated a Joint Venture Company (JVC) along with Titan Metal Fabricators Inc., USA in the name of ‘Isgee Titan Metal Fabricators’ with a paid-up share capital of rupees one crore only. The JVC will undertake metal fabrication of various types of equipments in metallurgy like Titanium, Tantalum, etc.
The shareholding pattern of the JVC is 51:49 between the company and Titan Metal Fabricators Inc., USA respectively.
ISGEC Heavy Engineering has interests in sugar, engineering, steels, etc. It manufactures bars and rods, metal, machine tool parts and accessories, steel and sugar products.
