Benares Hotels has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2015, to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015. Further pursuant to Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 the designated persons have been notified regarding the closure of the Trading Window from June 24, 2015 till July 25, 2015 and that the Trading Window shall open on July 26, 2015 i.e. 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
