Jarigold Textiles has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 07, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30, 2015, to decide about change of name of the Company from ‘Jarigold Textiles Limited’ to ‘Kintech Renewables Limited’ or any other name as may be made available by the Registrar of the Companies, Gujarat, to create charge on the assets of the Company, if any and Borrowing powers of the Board. In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Jarigold Textiles, the trading window shall remain closed from June 30, 2015 till 24 hours after the announcement of Unaudited Financial Result to the public. The same is being informed to the Directors, Persons belonging to the Promoter Group and Designated Employees of the Company.
